And unlike a lot of people, she lost weight in a way that has left her body toned, fit and fantastic. People have guessed at plastic surgeries and crash diets, but the truth behind Kareena’s thin frame is a healthy diet and a workout program.

- Her trainer Rujuta Diwekar did wonders for Kareena as she chalked out her diet given by experts and made sure Kareena stuck to it.  

-Her yoga secrets include performing Bikram yoga and hot yoga (performing yoga in a hot room). She indulges in yoga for one to two hours and her routine consists of – Surya Namaskar, Virabhadra, Parvatsana, Bhujangasana, and Naukasana.

-For breakfast she eats paranthas, upma, poha or muesli. Followed by milk and fruit juices for drinking

-Her lunch comprises mostly of dal and chapatti.

-Her dinner is made up of soup, dal and chapattis.

-Kareena abstains from eating non-veg food

-Her perfect body is a product of seventy percent diet and 30 percent yoga.
