New delhi, April 16: The beautiful divas of their eras Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sridevi were hailed with the ‘Entertainer of the decade’ and ‘Entertainer of the year’ titles respectively at the NDTV Indian of the year Awards 2012 held hereon Monday.

The night which acknowledges the efforts and achievements of the public figures in their respective fields like Sports, Politics, Entertainment, Business and other also had actor-Director Farhan Akhtar in it.

Sridevi was bestowed with ‘Entertainer of the year’ for her brilliant comeback performance in ‘English Vinglish’.

Kareena who won ‘Entertainer of the decade’ saluted the courage of the Delhi gangrape victim Damini and her family for their dignity and the way they fought.
