When Kareena Kapoor Khan made some not-so-flattering comments on Alia Bhatt during her appearance on Karan Johar’s chat show, things got bit strained between Kareena and Alia.

Things recently cooled off between them and a phone call did the magic. As Kareena and Alia will play co-stars in ‘Udta Punjab’, Alia had called up Kareena to let her know her excitement and joy to act to the senior.

A report by Asian Age said that Kareena reciprocated the call with warmth and all their discomfort has been sorted.

As we have seen Alia’s love for Kareena and her designer lehenga (Remember ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’?), this call was probably necessary to heel the breach between the two. And hopefully we get to see these spunky actresses together on ‘Udta Punjab.’
