The last day of the Lakme Fashion Week was definitely a worthy treat for all present, as Bollywood’s most celebrated actress Kareena Kapoor Khan walked down the ramp for phenomenal designer Namrata Joshiapura. Kareena wore a peach-pink coat shirt with loose high waisted pallazo pants, which were neon rage inspired. The ensemble made her glitter, and look like a million bucks once again.
Namrata’s collection was said to be inspired by Lakme Absolute’s latest collection called ‘Pop Tints’. The neon fever spoke volumes whether its classic or abstract cuts, florals or contemporary prints. Designer Manish Malhotra and Narender Kumar were also spotted sitting in the front row.
Kareena had walked the ramp for designers Kallol Datta and husband-wife duo Pankaj and Nidhi at Lakme Fashion week last year in 2012.
The Lakme Fashion Week Summer/Resort 2013 kick started on March 22 and the curtains were brought down on March 26, where close to 87 well-known designers including Manish Malhotra, Nishika Lulla and Rocky S showcased their collections.
